Not sure where you are going with that. I personally gave every one of our coaches time to rebuild the team to their blueprint before judging them. I don't think you can be "too forgiving" or "too unforgiving" of a new HC only 1 to 2 years into their tenure because it's still not their team...

You are too forgiving of our former coaches IMHO. The retread network is real in this industry. HCs want loyalty and reliability so they keep hiring known actors. Not a lot of true high performers which allows guys like Golden and Manny and ever Radio to bounce around a lot.

Baker was just a yes man. Manny ran that defense and was a moron.
