If you ever tried to do this in a locker room or the corporate world, you would know it’s not that easy when there is a such a contrast from old regime to new. I wish it was as easy as some rah rah speeches. It’s not. Im disgusted with everything right now.

Coaches deserve some blame. But it’s hard to coach players that aren’t bought in. Goes both ways. Spread your anger around fairly.

Put some of that energy towards the players. I’m not a big Mario fan but this is just a terrible take.

When is it ok to blame the players? Did Mario and Mirabal just forget how to coach the OL?

Not a popular thing to say and it’s not everyone, but in general it is not a mentally tough team. They consistently struggle to fight through adversity. That’s not a quick fix
