I've wondered if that could work? $6mil each for DC/OC. Each is the head coach of their side of the ball. Recruiting, hiring, game plan, etc. Judged on how well their unit performs. Put STs under it's own coach as well.

And think about all they lost. Didn't they lose both coordinators, as well as their top Quarterback and their next top 3 rushers?

Not asking for much but I'll take Lane as OC, Stoops as DC, Mario as head coach.
