The premium bottle is like $40, the entry bottle is like $25. Both are good. It’s easy to drink and crisp, colder the better. If you like those then you can start looking into trying other ones based on what you want to try.

Not true at all actually, there’s much more diversity than vodka. Sweet, dry, all kinds of flavor notes from chocolate to nuts and different fruits etc. I’d recommend giving it another go. Btw hot sake is always the worst one, all the decent sake is always served cold.

I know we’re on a bourbon jerk fest here but been getting really into sake lately. Super nice casual drink esp in the warm weather imo. Soto is easily the best starter brand, cheap, good, and simple to find in Miami. They got two, both are good but obvi the premium Junmai is a little better.
