Interesting breakdown of Gattis's redzone calls.

Honestly, I soured on TVD at the Southern Miss game. Because I’m a fan of the pro style offense and I love what Mario has done for the program and in the trenches almost overnight… and to me (from what I have seen in person) Garcia looks like a better fit for this offense and I don’t want...

Interesting breakdown of Gattis's redzone calls.

I just don’t know… I could be seeing it wrong… maybe I’m just too fired up about the improvement in the trenches and the run game so I’m not down with the put everything on Gattis line. I didn’t love what I saw from TVD against Bethune (while Garcia looked like a smooth and confident operator...

Interesting breakdown of Gattis's redzone calls.

Great breakdown as usual. My impression live was more was on TVD… but I that’s just this fan’s perspective. WRs are absolutely part of the problem but enough of the throws he is missing (and the way he is missing them) appeared to my eye not to be route running issues (though that happened too)...

Interesting breakdown of Gattis's redzone calls.

You’re a very smart guy who knows the game of football better than me… but have you been at all the games in person? Arm strength is not part of the conversation. Yes, TVD is obviously incredibly uncomfortable in the system. He even looked uncomfortable against Bethune (despite gaudy stats)...

Interesting breakdown of Gattis's redzone calls.

Great post (obviously), but it’s understandable that Mario wants to resurrect the NFL pipeline by recruiting AND preparing players to excel at the next level. I think Mario and Gattis understand the challenges associated with the complexity… and they knew the WR room would be a big problem. I...

Interesting breakdown of Gattis's redzone calls.

If you think TVD demonstrated the ability to reliably read a defense, go through his progressions, and throw an accurate pass THIS YEAR… you are doing a great job of describing yourself. Trying to blame the WRs for TVD missing reads and missing throws is… something. WRs were bad. TVD was bad...

Interesting breakdown of Gattis's redzone calls.

Dude is seriously butthurt. A couple of the route combos could have been better, but that video also showed a **** good rushing attack and some poor decision, timing, and throws by TVD. I understand why Gattis turtled in the red zone 2nd half. He didn’t trust TVD.
