    They don’t really use ketchup. Not much sauce and they use a creamy thick cheese called catupiri in addition to the mozzarella. May differ throughout the country. I spent a summer there but was in the Southern part called Parana.

    Only one I have seen anywhere close to me is off of 95 going to Daytona. Never been in one though.
