This list is pretty spot on. I’d add Lexington and Hursey’s to the bottom of tier one. Add Stamey’s to tier 2. And Redneck BBQ Lab in tier 2. Im a big fan of them and a couple more competition guys. I go there when I want some sauce.

Depends what kind you want. Chopped vinegar based is the best and I won’t let anyone pretend otherwise.
