I actually don’t think we have anyone else capable when considering the quality of the entire line. Losing him…even if you plug someone in his spot that’s solid…there’s going to be a weakness somewhere. Regardless, I think he’ll be fine by then.

I'll fight back on a couple of these points. I think you're correct in that our o-line is nowhere near where Mario nor the fanbase wants it to be, and that will take time to develop. However, it should absolutely improve under Mario and Mirabal. As for the other two points, I'll respectfully...

You think Max Johnson gets the nod? I have a hard time believing he rides the bench after transferring in, but who knows. Haynes King didn’t look terrible.

Great stuff DMoney. Have you heard anything early on regarding the trio of Ke’Shawn, Ladson and Young? Definitely need one (hopefully two) of them to step up on the outside.

Care to share your reasoning? Just curious, because I personally have a hard time seeing this team routinely struggle on offense. I’m not saying they’ll average 40 a game, but to “not be good” implies averaging less than 28 a game or so.
