Honestly it was a tad more tender, but the flavor was very similar. Tbh it could’ve come down to whomever prepared it, but it was phenomenal.

I was in the A a couple weeks back and went to a place called Montanas near Centennial Park. Check that place out and order the bison ribeye. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had.
