The way we lose games isn’t pretty. A couple of us have been talking about this for weeks, but bc we were winning series, it got overlooked by the masses. The red flags have been there, but nothing has changed. That’s what drives me insane.

For those interested, UVA/Clemson will play game 3 at 8:30 tonight. Shows how much they wanna play compared to the VT’s, Louisville’s, and ND’s of the world who cancel games they can’t start at 2 or earlier. There needs to be a conference rule enacted to counter this.

They must’ve not updated the system after the Friday game was tied and finished yesterday. That’s the game UVA won. Idk where they got the second loss from though.

UVA and Clemson have split their two games so far.

You clearly have no idea how I feel about this team. I’ve been sounding the alarm for weeks now. But us not being great, has nothing to do with FSU being worse and us still giving it away.

I didn’t say we weren’t, but when you hand the opposing team enough runs to decide two separate games, your odds of winning drop significantly. Which goes back to my original point. As bad as the offense was, without the errors, they did enough to sweep. FSU is that bad.

Unearned runs. FSU didn’t outplay Miami. They just didn’t sh*t the bed.

This is blatantly false. That FSU is decent at best, Giving up 8 unearned runs is why they won. 3 today and 3 or 4 yesterday. Those runs are the difference in these two losses. That’s not even taking into account all the guys we left on third with less than two outs.

4-2 over these last two series was always what was gonna be needed. Idk why people assumed 3-3 was good enough. You sweep or you get a 3-4 seed in the ACCT and probably need to win your group for a top 8 seed.

No matter how much better Miami is than FSU and UF, they always remind us we’re the red headed step child and the third best program in the state. Kevin O vs Miami: 37-16 Martin Jr vs Miami: 6-1

They look lost this series. Which is an outlier. Those awful colors strike fear in our guys.

This team isn’t getting out of a regional if the 2 or 4 seed is decent. Whichever game Palm isn’t pitching will be a coin flip. And then winning at least one more, if not two more, is not a given. At all.

Thank god that hit Toral. If it didn’t Romero wasn’t getting over to block that.
