Yeah, they are supposed to be building a new Science building (the old one was built in the 70s) and adding on to the Physics building. But the Engineering building? It still smells like the 1950s, at least the basement does.

Yeah, I joke, but Halifax is a big system in the area. But I'm also used to Florida Hospital in Orlando, which is bigger still. AdventHealth corporate campus is about a mile from my mom's house.

Yep. She was head of the Pharmacy Department at a big hospital (Halifax). Big for Daytona, that is, but still. Paid well.

Interesting point on the Pharmacy School. A guy I used to work for (USC grad), his wife got her Pharmacy degree at Emory (I am fairly certain), and she made a pretty nice salary. I even think she was making more than he was, at one point (he's now a CFO).

Even makes business sense for him...

With all the money that we are making on UHealth, we just need to buy UiF outright and make it our northern hospital (and campus). Flagship, my a$$.
