    that's my point. 99% of all proposals made here and other places for a new stadium are unreasonable and unfeasible. the virginia key, seaquarium, tropical park, melreese park, intramural fields, coral gables high etc. ALL OF THEM are deeply flawed and not likely to ever happen.

    i live in the gables and its a trek for me which i dont enjoy, but fix the athletics department, fix the football program and everything else gets fixed with it. a new stadium, IMO, is a secondary or tertiary consideration right now.
