It's very loose and somewhat vague, but there are some basics. We are covered as Florida has a NIL law. So, as long as we're in compliance with our state law, we're good.

I would agree. The guideline says students of the school. If a player is getting a deal before he enters school, I would imagine that is a violation. That would clearly be perceived as a "pay for play" scheme.
I just don't see why they're doing this. The Supreme Court already ruled that players can be paid.
Secondly, we should have no problems and shouldn't be one of the schools under investigation as long as we are in compliance with our state NIL laws. It's the 1st bulletpoint of the NCAA NIL...
