What has Brady done that he's getting all this love? Good with QBs, but not a play caller.

I'm hearing that Brady didn't call the plays at LSU in their championship run. It was that old guy with the glasses that called the plays. Brady's play calling was terrible for the Carolina Panthers which is why he got fired. He's not a proven OC and is a risky hire at that position.
