They were the CO-DC's for Linkin Riley at OU. Now Lebby is at OU as the OC and their titles changed to just WR and OL coach, so yes that is a demotion.

Interesting to me is both Co-OC's at Oklahoma (Bedenbaugh & Gundy) are taking demotions to be WR & OL coaches at OU. Wish we had them running that offense here! Perfect Fit!
