I’m fine with Lashlee, I just don’t want a rushed pretend HC search. Whatever gives the new AD room to do a proper search is cool with me. I would think Lashlee would take the temp job, why not? If he does well he looks good as a future HC, if not, who could salvage this train wreck anyway?

We just don’t spend like the big boys. This scene in Miami only goes so far. If whoever’s next can get the team hungry, we can do well despite the money gap, but it’s still there and it makes winning it all very hard.

If you mean he’s bringing “bags”, I’m down.

I literally have no idea who it’ll be. But I’d be surprised by Mario because he’s got other options. It’s been a minute since Miami was an attractive job to guys with options.

Which is totally fine. I just don’t want this rushed, there’s enough that can go wrong without rushing.

I’d actually be fine with a new AD letting Manny ride another year if it meant getting a great replacement rather than another rush job. I’m sure that’ll be a popular opinion.

I’m not super-hopeful, but I can’t deny it’s a great day. Fingers crossed.
