No. Too many things can go wrong with a handoff, better off taking a knee, it gets you the same exact end result. Keep the clock running and remove the unknown of handoffs and Rooster being awful in regards to taking care of the rock.
It's been the opposite. They've tried to keep Pitt in the game with some sketchy crap. If Pitt was as good as people thought they were, they would have been able to handle this poorly coached Miami team.
Tired of people thinking that being frustrated with underachieving is somehow not being a "Real" fan. We know that Manny isn't the answer. This team winning gives the idiots in charge an excuse to prolong the suffering. That said these kids deserve to win.
I'd call deep crosses and TE seams all day if I were an OC facing Manny. You'll never guess wrong and those are some of the easiest throws a QB can make.
They **** near ripped Harley's jersey off. No call. You can't just manhandle guys on pass routes and get away with it. Well, unless you are playing Miami.
I remember a story told by Bill Parcells when he told his offense at halftime "If you score sixty, maybe we'll tie". I feel as if that is what Lashlee is telling the O right now. This D is awful.
I've never seen a D where they fail to execute ANYTHING. Even D'Onofrio's defenses could occasionally tackle and play zone. Miami is bad in zone, bad at man, bad against the run, and bad against the pass.
