    Canes to B1G?

I agree. Our problems have been a lack of leadership at the top and has filtered its way down to its football program. Miami could've been in the SEC this whole time, and we still would have replicated the same level (lack thereof) success that we did in the ACC.

    Canes to B1G?

The Big 10 makes more money than every other conference, even the SEC (for now).

    Canes to B1G?

I'm surprised honestly that this is even a conversation where some see this as a bad move. For right now, the Big 10 generates the most TV revenue for its members. Adding Miami helps them grab the Florida market. You're also talking about yearly match ups with Penn State and Ohio State...

    Canes to B1G?

I agree with the bold. I just see some members wanting to grip onto their advantage as it relates to which conference they're in membership of.

Notre Dame is going to have to re-think their approach too if FSU and Clemson bolt. No one in the mega SEC are going to schedule OOC games, sans cupcakes. If ND wants to sniff national contention, they'll have to commit to a conference.

    Canes to B1G?

I literally just made an argument that ESPN doesn't care if Miami's in purgatory and you respond with maybe if we were a better program. So provide a reason why ESPN...

    Canes to B1G?

I don't see UF, Bama and UGA allowing that to happen. Especially UF. If FSU has a vote, they're not going to want Miami in as well. Miami to the SEC benefits us greatly, other schools see that. ESPN hasn't shown much love for Miami. They seem content with Miami being an afterthought.

    Canes to B1G?

If Miami's going to remain relevant in anyway, they can't remain in the ACC absent of FSU and Clemson. It's not ideal, but they need to have a backup.

    Canes to B1G?

The SEC side-stepped A&M so they could capture the midwest - Texas and OU. The SEC's not going to do that with us. We don't have a significant TV advantage compared to Texas and OU. Our best bet would be to go to the Big 10. They have a solid cache of good teams on Ohio State, PSU, and Wiscy...

    Canes to B1G?

Without Clemson and FSU, we're looking forward to UNC and VT as our primetime games. VT would be our primary rival moving forward.
