    Good points. But what if each P5, G5, and FCS conference set their own NIL caps. Outside of NCAA oversight. They could argue there is no illegal restraint of trade because players have options. Each conference is its own league, following its own rules. I’m not claiming this would pass SCOTUS...

    I would like to see federal standards for NIL, if possible and legal. I’d also like to see regulation of agents negotiating NIL deals, and something done about Collectives. They seem to be the biggest scam.

    Bags are tax-free. Speaking of NIL caps, do you think we'll ever see a day when the players have representation and a seat at the table? A lot of people want change but those impacted the most, the players (IMO), don't seem to be considered.
