Isn't it amazing how people try to escape communism and come here, but the people who love communism never try to go there?

Yet Cuba has a tourism industry and Cuban cigars can be had all over the world. There are even direct flights from the US to Havana. Maybe you need to update your definition of what the embargo consists of.

So the US is responsible for everyone else's problems and to fix the results of our meddling, we need to throw money at the country that people are fleeing because their government oppressed them.
