FCS playing in the spring would successfully fill the offseason hole that the XFL,UFL, and others have failed at for years. Like you pointed out, it would add a whole different level to the transfer portal as well. It would effectively serve as the minor league to the FBS.

Solid idea. I actually love FCS football, had a few buddies who played for JU when they were actually decent and ranked for a couple years. Always have to catch some FCS playoffs when they are on TV.
