UNC has 15 guys in the portal. Mack is cleaning house. If the article is right, than the 22 or 23 classes could be real small at some schools.
If just a few of the big name schools run out of ships, that would give an opportunity to the next tier (UM, UNC's etc.) to grab some higher rated...
