    This is a great post but I think we're probably > 95% here at satisfaction with Laahlee. There's always gonna be a few turds in the punchbowl and this is their safe space.

    It can be yes. You move up the ladder quickly when you're hot. He's hot right now because of the dramatic overall improvement in Miami's offense. And because he's a pace and space guy which is all the rage.

    It's not that he's in a rush to leave Miami it's that any ambitious up and coming coordinator always has one eye up the ladder. And they should.
