If it's just "IC forgiveness for kids who transfer out", not much, as we haven't lost anyone from the 2020 signing class. If, though, the NCAA decides to be "nice guys" and let schools that are below 85 take a couple of extra homeless kids, then we might could benefit.

I do think it's funny that Nebraska may lose their 6th, 8th, 9th, and 10th highest rated kids from the 2020 class before Game 1 is played. It's almost Gaytor-like.
