I honestly see both sides. But bringing back Reed AFTER the season ended doesn’t really fall in line with a “new” vision. Bringing back JT ultimately was a bad idea and we know that now with how the 2020 season went, but he signed off on bringing back Reed after the season was over after the kid...

I agree with the vetting 1000% but who said anything about him starting? He is a talented OT that could be a multi year starter for us and potentially change the outlook of the room but no one is saying start him next season. Atleast I haven’t seen anyone say that.
