Say this with respect but you must live on Mars. I think you’d be shocked at the percentage of kids who smoke weed. It’s everywhere and as commonplace as drinking for kids in their teens and 20s.

Barry’s story doesn’t really clarify it’s a problem or an epidemic. Obviously there’s something going on in the QB room and there’s reason for concern, but there’s no real indication it’s a team wide problem. Get rid of the problems and move on.
