I stand by my prediction of likely 2-4 Ws next season. Will revise IF an A Highsmith type comes in for adult supervision. If I'm wrong, then I win as a fan don't I?

IF true... Its called organizational desperation. Miami still hasn't hit rock bottom. Prepare for 2-4 victories next season unless something immediate and drastic is done. A step to stem the hemorrhaging: A Highsmith or someone like him to provide adult supervision.
