I think many schools have unofficial folks working in that capacity who the AD can consult with regards to what is occurring with the fb program and why when things are not going smoothly...they also help them identify good head coaches as well as analyze the current assistant coaches on...

I want an AD with a strong football background, from a school that won alot of hardware, and it doesn't have to be Div1a.....I want a fresh set of eyes and ideas, not someone looking to make "splash" hires or hire a UM...we need to embrace progress and stop chasing ghosts.
