    Exactly. If a guy took over a 9-4 Miami team and the next two years went 5-7 and 7-6 his first two years here I can only imagine the uproar on the board lol.

    Lol they went 9-4 the year before he was hired. 8-5, 8-5, 6-7, 9-4 was the record for the previous 4 years before he was hired.
