Not sure why people are struggling with this concept. Look at how the soccer model works internationally....the teams with the huge stadiums and support get the elite players....everyone else fights for the leftovers. Same with the Marlins vs the big clubs. That is the law of economics.

You just can't cut so-called nonRevenue sports, especially women's teams, because of Title9. I think many of you folks need to do some studying on college athletics, it's Federal obligations and the law of economics. This not good at all for UM, but keep dreaming that it will be.
