Start allowing commits around paradise camp. Make it a bigger event then it already is. We've numerous so-called commits that didnt even show up. Almost all of those players de-committed later on in the cycle. Don't allow them to "hold a spot" until a more suitable offer to them comes along...

We cant keep nice things. 18 decommits in one cycle. Ouch. Personally I think we should stop allowing early commits. Hasnt done us any good in years.
