Why not get every player to graduate in 3 years so they can transfer straight up after their redshirt soph year? If I were running a program, I'd try and emphasize programs were a bachelors in 3 years & high level football is possible.

Thats a fair point. Still, out of 6 OL players, 2 get reps at T next year, 2 get reps at G, and 2 should redshirt.

I think coaches value both and constantly train their guys in both. All the top teams have huge, athletic OLs. We are very far from them in that regard.
