This is what really ticked me off last year. Losing six games while playing your young quarterback who will be around after gaining experience I can live with. Losing six games with a limited 5th year senior who isn't going to be around next year I couldn't live with.
I'm saying don't underestimate our kid. No he's not going to be better than Lawrence who will be the number 1 pick in a couple of years unless the team with the first pick just got a quarterback.
Not saying he's gonna be Trevor Lawrence, but I remember watching Jarren in the All America game and he played better than Lawrence. Kid's got talent. I was shocked at how bad Lawrence was, but that was proven to be a one off.
Let's roll on 8/24. And to Kosi and Tate, hats off to you for competing and making all of you better. Stay ready you never know when you might get your shot. (In no way am I hoping for anyone to get injured, it's the nature of the game.)
