How does the controlling case law interpret the words “when necessarily committed?” I have a hard time believing it’s open season for cops to shoot anyone in the back who runs.

Like I said a couple weeks ago, he’s obviously suffering from undiagnosed and untreated mental/emotional issues. The nincompoops on here don’t get it.
