LOL not at all interested in doing that research. Just feel it's easy to get caught up in the moment rather than have perspective. Football is a collision sport. Guys miss practices all the time for getting nicked up. Doesn't seem like more than usual to me.

I feel like it's not even close to accurate and it's closer to the average amount of injuries that accumulate during any Fall or Spring camp period. All guys being held out from some practices aren't injured. Many are just nicked up.

Artificial turf is a boogeyman on this board. Maybe when it first came out it had a higher rate of injury, but the advancements in materials and implementation over the years run counter to these antiquated claims that it causes injuries. 3-year study
