I’m still wondering if Diaz is willing or able to set up what’s needed to really even the field in recruiting.

What I like is that this isn’t Diaz just coming in and firing somebody to bring in his own people. He has been there for three years, and knows things can be done better. This is a head coach/CEO move. All business.
