I think this wave is only accessible by boat. You should check out a surfing documentary called riding giants.

Nazare is ridiculous. My favorite wave is at teahupoo. Its almost as if the whole ocean just falls onto the reef instead of the wave rising put of the water. Very unique hyrdrodynamics.
