    I agree with this completely. Other teams win with the same kinds of kids. The key is choosing the right kids and then teaching them in a way to reduce the mistakes and makes the mistakes the do make less important. All that goes back to the coach.

    Offenses at USC were good until last year, with no QB, but he was also good with a 1st rounder playing QB, so does that make up for his play-calling and schemes?
