Yeah... He did a great job. I was worried about his ability to put together a staff but I'm not worried anymore. I think he gets it which is huge here and he deserves a chance. I hope he gets Seider too. A lot of people, myself included, are just punch-drunk from years of disappointment...

A lot of "Herd" members are sticking up for Diaz and giving him a chance. I think the way he came in and gutted the offensive staff and then put Patke and Banda back as position coaches showed something people wanted. Someone who will do what it takes to win and be better.
