    You state you are going to have a national search and then your S coach says he will let everyone know if he's leaving for Temple the next day and you promote him? Like I said this may turn out to be a great hire but it screams of desperation.

    You don’t hire or promote a coach just to keep 1 player. May turn out to be a good hire but you don’t make that move just to appease recruits.
