Issue is I don't see Searles coaching this kid up. He can't even get 4 star kids to play at a high level, how's he going to mold this kid.

Nothing wrong with taking this kid when you have a good track record and don't need him to play right away. Problem is Miami needs kids who can play right now. OL trash under Searles and then we miss on Neal (likely) and bring in a kid who won't play until year 3 as a replacement. Not a good look.
