IF that IG post is indeed from JT4, all I can say is no one should EVER claim our Admissions Dept is too strict with their standards. A 5th grader could write better than that.

If you're going for Locksley, might as well shoot for Art Briles. No half measures. Even if his grades were "up to snuff" at East St. Louis HS, the school's academic reputation is F-. BTW, Kellen Winslow, Sr. was an East grad back in 1975 before becoming an AA at Mizzou.

A lot of people here need to apologize to the OP from this morning's post. He was dead right! Also, might as well write off recruits who are the victims of their poor-to-awful secondary education environments and have little chance of classroom success at a smallish, private school like Miami.
