Richt needs to bring in an OC with credentials as a leading edge offensive guy. Then, give him free rein to run his system. I doubt that will happen though. I'm betting that whatever changes Richt makes in the offseason are superficial.

I expect that Jon will move on this offseason. He's been under daddy's wing long enough. Time for him to fly on his own somewhere else.
