    If he was an actual competitor... 1. He wouldn’t be OC, 2. He wouldn’t hire his son as an actual coach, and 3. He wouldn’t be so stubborn He is more like a man enjoying his Richtirement.

    It is the admin and the ADs. Look at how they make atrocious and illogical decisions. From coaches to unnecessary extensions, we love self-inflicted cancer. I don't see how anything really changes until we bring in the right person to run the athletic department. This person must be passionate...
