    When guys force a T.O. they should get to wear last year's T.O. chain.

    It is what it is. Defense is a team thing. The guy who gets the chain celebrates with the entire defense on the sideline, even the defensive players who were not in the game on that play. So all in all, the "fun" aspect plays out well.
