That does happen, but nowhere near as frequently in Texas. The governing body in Texas (UIL) is much more strict. It does happen some (I can name plenty), but nowhere near the same degree as places like NJ, LA, CA, FL, etc. There are no "transfer szn" threads on Texas HSFB message boards...
