Nope, just simply not true. QBR isn't perfect. Sometimes it spits out really quirky ratings of individual games and ridiculous QB to QB ranking comparisons. Since it was initially unveiled, it has improved. Overall though, it is far better at assessing QB play than the traditional passer rating...
