How about JJ Weaver? I think he could come in as a DE. You're likely right about Ingraham. If he's 260 now, you gotta think he arrives on campus 275-280.

Or maybe bring in guys like JJ Weaver and Ingraham who can start out as DE but move to DT in a year or two. But I wouldn't complain about a good JUCO DE.
