I'm running screens with jumbo TE lead blockers and running plays with big OL pulling as lead blockers for Pringle.. let him use his 5'8 size to hide behind some big bodies before hitting the turbos.

It’s funny referencing Josh Allen as a runner when you’ve got a recent Canes QB who wasn’t a ‘runner’ but was sturdy enough to run QB draws and get bruising downhill in Malik Rosier lol

Literally can't think of a single reason Ray Ray should get the ball over Marion. You say his biggest strength will be with the ball in his hands. I mean isn't that going to be Marrions role in this offense? I don't believe any of the Ray Ray hype quite frankly.

Won’t they have different roles? From the sounds of it, Marion is going to be more of a gadget guy- running jet sweeps, screens, etc. Ray Ray is going to be a traditional slot WR

But they literally say Ray Rays best attribute has basically nothing to do with a typical slot role, and basically he more excels at those things you ust said about Marion... that's my point. The actual stuff that makes a slot WR like Restrepo good, is what Ray Ray hasn't shown he does well. Personally I'd say on gamefilm he hasn't done well with the ball in his hands either... Imo Ray ray should be 4th in the pecking order in the slot. Toney and Jojo should be the top 2 slot WRs. Anthony Johnson 3rd. **** I wouldn't be surprised if Upshaw is better than Ray Ray right away. I was very unimpressed by what we saw out of him on the field last year. Hey maybe he really has improved and will at least be solid this year. I hope so, I just very highly doubt it.

X - Daniels / Josh Moore / Chance
Z - Jojo / Marion / Upshaw / Carr
Slot - JoJo or Toney / Tony Johnson / Ray Ray

I’m just going by what certain people have said. This was last week, so things easily could have changed the last couple of days, but Ray Ray is certainly not number 4 in the pecking order lol. We’ll just leave it at that

Im not saying whether he is or isn't. I'm saying what he should be based on actual on field play in games.

Ray Ray's biggest strength has always been YAC as opposed to getting open running routes. Getting him the ball quickly through bubble screens, quick slants, jet sweeps, end arounds and tunnel screens all play to his strengths. The issue for Joseph is that we brought in a player in Keelan Marion who has the same strengths but has proven himself in games. Ray Ray must make the most out of every opportunity he gets.

My prediction:

Our running game will be a little closer to 2023 than 2024.

Our passing game will be a lot closer to 2024 than 2023.
