We are a little over 100 days away from College Football starting back up for the 2026-27 season (118 days to be exact). This is a great time for Hurricanes fans, and College Football fans in general, to place a future wager on who they think will win the Atlantic Coast Conference this season.

FanDuel released their odds from the betting favorite to win the conference to least likely. The betting app crew likes the Hurricanes odds to win the ACC.

FanDuel Sportsbook listed the Hurricanes as the favorites to win the ACC at -140. No other team is even close to that. The closest is SMU at +700 with the 2nd best odds. This means FanDuel has Rhett Lashlee's SMU squad facing off against Mario Cristobal’s Hurricanes in the ACC Championship game.

Check out the rest of the odds down below:

If there’s ever been a year to win it, it’s this year. We don’t have a peer in the ACC at this point, in terms of talent and depth. We need to get over the hump of losing games we shouldn’t.

We don’t play SMU or UL this year, which is a plus. Clemson and Pitt are the biggest threats, followed by VT and Wake (well coached team). Everyone else isn’t a concern.

We ultimately have a really favorable schedule this year. In terms of difficulty it’s

(1) ND

BIG GAP

(2) Clemson
(3) Pitt
(4) VT
(5) Wake Forest

The rest of the teams we play are really unimpressive.
